Thank YOU, Sacred Beauty Collective Spring 2019 🙏🏼💕 I knew this group was going to be special because it was my last one in NYC, but I didn't exactly know HOW special until we came together for the first time on March 14th.
There were women who’ve been part of The Sacred Beauty Movement since it started in 2015, women I just met the month before and even 1 woman I met just days before registration closed. Their ages ranged from 20’s to 50’s, with diverse cultural backgrounds, professions and life experiences. Each one joined for their own unique reasons, but what bonded us all from Day 1 was our mutual desire to delve deeper, love and heal ourselves in beauty and sisterhood.
The energy was palpable from the first session, but what transpired over the course of the 3 months, both for the individual women and for The Collective, gives me goosebumps just thinking about it!
These women showed up for themselves and one another with sooo much love, generosity and compassion. They wholeheartedly embraced each others tears, truths and triumphs. And after just 3 months/6 sessions together, they shared the most incredible stories of personal growth and connection. On our last session, I asked The Collective to share what changed for them since we started. Just a few of their incredible replies: “I feel whole again.” “I feel more creative than I have in a long time.” and “I’m empowered to see myself in new ways.” I mean...
I couldn’t be more proud and grateful to hold space for these amazing women and be a part of their journeys, as they are now such an important part of mine.
